Fortitude at HHAC

What is Fortitude?

Fortitude is a specially designed high intensity functional fitness program to help improve all areas of fitness. With a combination of aerobic activity, interval training, Olympic-style weightlifting, gymnastic movements and plyometrics our members receive a well-rounded workout. Our individuality allows our facility to be able to tailor all workouts to every individuals fitness goals. All fitness levels are encouraged and welcome.

Fortitude’s memberships are ALL INCLUSIVE to all of the other amenities that Heritage Hills Athletic Club offers including childcare, group fitness classes and many more. Check out everything Heritage Hills Athletic Club has to offer here.

Classes Offered

Fortitude

Fortitude is specifically programmed to focus on every aspect of fitness including mobility, cardiovascular endurance, speed, power, stamina as well as other areas of fitness. Through the use of bodyweight movements, weighted exercises and cardiovascular exercises Fortitude will help anyone reach their ultimate level of fitness. Our coaches are here to help improve all levels of fitness.

Xtreme FIT

Xtreme FIT is a complete metabolic workout. This class focuses on pushing the limits of your fitness capacity. With the well-rounded programming our goal is for our members to be ready for whatever life has in store. If you are looking for supplemental workouts to improve athletic performance, decrease you half marathon time or even just looking to lose weight this class is for you. Everyone is welcome and we have all levels including military personnel, high school and collegiate athletes and those just beginning their workout journey. Class Calendar

The benefit of Fortitude is our open gym hours. Even if a class is not in session, all Fortitude members are able to use our exclusive area to workout. As long as HHAC is open our members are able to use the facility.

Pricing is ALL inclusive of HHAC. Every day is a new day and that involves new programming. With our constantly diverse workouts our goal is to always have our members reach their goals and avoid plateaus.
