The Fit Five
Take group fitness to the next level! These unique, one-of-a-kind, action packed sessions are included in your membership! They make every workout different, challenging and fun! No other facility in York offers this level or variety of training options.
Advanced registration is required for these sessions as some have maximum capacity. Sessions change every eight weeks*.
