The Fit Five
Take group fitness to the next level! These unique, one-of-a-kind, action packed sessions are included in your membership! They make every workout different, challenging and fun! No other facility in York offers this level or variety of training options.
Various Fit Five sessions have a maximum number of participants and require advanced signups. Stop by the Front Desk to sign up for these classes.

Experience Vbarre: The Only Class of Its Kind in South Central PA!
Vbarre is a workout designed to tone, trim and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates and resistance training. This class utilizes a barre, band, ball and gliders while blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio. Targeting those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes and core, it delivers a powerful workout with amazing results.
