What do you think are the best skills you bring to HHAC/Ballyhoo?
Some of my best skills that I bring are my social skills and personality, making sure my clients feel comfortable and have a great time. Leading and motivating would be some other aspects I bring. As well as creativity and innovative methods in routines for clients.
What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?
Spending time with my wife and kids, traveling and being at the beach.

What inspires or motivates you?
Personal Training is the companionship that you have with the client to help them get to the fitness level they aspire to be at. I am passionate to help people change their lives around and make their quality of life better, that is what drives me.And the fact that I get to help people change their lives and get healthier is what inspires me.
Do you prefer team or individual sports and why?
To me there is no concrete choice. Both have advantages. For Team sports you get a solid foundation in learning teamwork, leadership skills, stronger relationships and becoming better communicators. Individual sports instills higher levels of self-reliance, mental discipline and strong sense of accomplishment, because your success and your failure are entirely up to you. So I believe an athlete should be a part of both.
