BarreBarre is a workout designed to tone, trim and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates and resistance training utilizing the barre, band, ball and gliding discs. By blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio, barre delivers one powerful workout with amazing results.
Mind & Body Benefits
We offer a variety of classes in the three main categories, strength training, cardio, and mind body, so that you can build the perfect workout sequence to fit your schedule. Our strength training classes will help you build lean muscle, tone your entire body, and improve your bone health. Our cardio classes will help you sweat out toxins, build stamina, and improve your heart health. And, our mind body classes will improve your flexibility, teach you breathing control, and improve your stress levels.
Heritage Hills Athletic Club is a proud partner of both SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit. We offer a minimum of two senior classes a day, Monday through Friday, in all three class categories, strength training, cardio and mind body. Our senior classes are the perfect way to keep you fit and healthy and our monthly socials give you a chance to relax and socialize.
